Epic Global's sales team was spending most of their day doing something that is repetitive: taking a product and manually listing it on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Coupang — each with different formats, local SEO rules, image specs, and flat file requirements. And with no centralised system, updating a catalog or migrating it across platforms meant starting from scratch.
We automated the entire pipeline.
The workflow broke at every step. An Amazon listing professional would take product specs, manually write a copy for one platform, a Coupang specialist would reformat it for the next, build the flat file, upload it & wait for platform's approval or rejection. Image non-compliance and field errors were common. There was no version control, so when a product needed updating, the process repeated entirely. 30–40 people were consumed by work that generated no strategic value.
