IndusInd Bank had someone who knew how to make compliance training land — the right examples, the right pace, the right way of breaking down dense policy into something a frontline employee could actually remember and apply. The problem was that the person could only train the people in the room. Hundreds of branches, thousands of employees, constant policy updates — the math didn't work.
We built an AI trainer modelled on that person. Same style, same tonality, same approach to explanation. Available to every employee, on every device, at any hour.
Training at IndusInd followed a familiar and broken flow: schedule a session, get a trainer to travel or connect, deliver content to whoever shows up, and hope it sticks. Attendance was inconsistent, delivery varied by trainer, and there was no way to verify comprehension after the fact. When policies changed — which they did regularly — the cycle had to restart. The result was uneven knowledge across branches and no reliable way to close the gaps.
